Work involved in creating an e-Book involves:

• Retrieval of text matter by OCR of scanned material or from soft copy
• Comparing the above two inputs and removing the discrepancies
• Arranging the matter in the template, formatting and arranging the pages
• Making the relevant hyperlinks on each page
• Preparing the 'Cover Page', 'Table of Contents' and 'Index'
• Inserting the navigation links and navigation aids
• Conversion to Microsoft Reader, PDF, MobiPocket etc. format
• Scanning the original books
